We accept returns or will submit replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective with valid photo or video evidence
  • Incorrect Items received withΒ valid photo or video evidence

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 What’s Not Eligible?

Because we work with trusted suppliers, we do not accept return for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items where the tag has been removed
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
  • Missing items where delivery tracking shows the item was delivered
  • Requests made after the 7-day window

To start a return or replacement, please email us at support@themaharistore.com with:

  • You order number
  • A description of the issue that speaks to why you want to return or need a replacement
  • Clear photos showing the problem and the tag attached to the item
  • If the package was not received, a non-delivery certification from the carrier/postal authority is required

We'll review your request for resolution.Β 

πŸ” What Happens Next?

Once approved:

  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • In some cases, you will not need to return the item - just dispose of it responsibly.

RefundsΒ are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Store Credit!

If for any other reason not stated above or you are just not happy with your purchase, we will issue a Store Credit upon receipt of the item (s). We will issue a prepaid label to return the item (s).

  • All Item (s) must be returned inΒ original conditionΒ (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Shoes MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL shoe box.Β  Do not adhere the return label to the original shoe box.Β  Please make sure to use an additional form of packing to send back shoes. Unfortunately, store credit will not be given to returned shoes where the returned label has been placed on the original shoe box.
